Please consider giving. It makes such a difference!

The Creative Community Education Foundation (CCEF) is the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports vital academic and enrichment programs at ACLC. Similar to a PTSA, we fundraise for the school. Every month, we meet to hear and award grants to exciting proposals brought forward by ACLC learners, facilitators and staff.

Musical Theater Showcase

In December of 2022, CCEF awarded a grant to music facilitator Hannah Shenberger to fund her proposal for a musical theater showcase of ACLC high school learners' skills and talents.

This was the first in-person production and performance that ACLC has seen since before COVID. It marks a huge leap back into peforming arts for our school!

With Hannah's leadership, 17 learners prepared a variety of acts, including voice solos and duets from new and classic musicals. The performance took place at The Little Theater at Alameda High School, where learners also put their production and backstage skills to use on a range of professional equipment.

Don't miss the next ACLC theater event--a performance of Little Shop of Horrors coming in the Spring!

The big performance!
