California Voter Registration Information

"Every election is determined by the people who show up."

— Larry J. Sabato

As a small-scale democratic society, ACLC holds voting and participating in our government as a high value.

An important part of educating our learners is helping them understand how democracy works, why it's important to have a voice in government, and how to make a difference in the world. Voting is a key aspect of participating and making sure your voice is heard.

Since 1992, the Alameda Community Learning Center (ACLC) has been Alameda's creative and rigorous college-prep program.

Serving grades 6-12, spanning middle and high school curricula, with the added benefit of concurrent college classes throughout the Peralta College District, ACLC has an extraordinary reputation among parents, educators and college admissions officers.

We are known for educating the leaders of tomorrow and enthusiastic about our learners' academic, artistic and social relevance in today's world.
